For those of us who are already living the fabulous lifestyle here, taking it for granted is not prevalent.  It’s amazing to me how many sales I have generated for those Sellers who eventually make their way back home realizing, if they have a choice, there are very few options elsewhere that offer the lifestyle relative to the value.

Destin and Scenic 30-A have been evolving into not only a resort playground for the wealthy, but a home to many year-round residents who share in the love and passion for this scenic landscape, regardless of their class of wealth.
